(“HPW” or “Company”), complying with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVK Law”) numbered 6698 (“KVK Law”) published in the Official Gazette dated April 7, 2016 (“KVK Law”), within the framework of ESOMAR principles, It continues. As HPW, the privacy and personal data protection of those who participate in the market researches and all parties involved in the process are extremely important to us and we pay utmost attention to the security of Personal Data. 

With this awareness, we, as the Company, attach great importance to the processing and preservation of all kinds of personal data related to the Company, including those who benefit from our products and services, in accordance with the KVK Law. With the full understanding of this responsibility, we collect, process and store your personal data within the limits specified by the legislation, as described below and within the limits prescribed by the legislation, as described below.

HPW may transfer your collected Personal Data to third parties in the following ways;

  1. RIGHTS OF THE PERSONAL DATA OWNER IN ARTICLE 11 OF THE KVK LAW 

As personal data owners, if you submit your requests regarding your rights to our Company by the methods set out below in this Disclosure Text, our Company will finalize your request free of charge within thirty days at the latest. If the answer to the application is given in a recording medium such as CD, flash memory, the fee that can be requested by the Personal Data Protection Authority will not exceed the cost of the recording medium. If your personal data are processed illegally, you have the right to demand the compensation of the damage if you suffer damage. 

  1. APPLICATION PROCEDURE FOR DATA RESPONSIBLE

In case the application is rejected, the answer is insufficient or the application is not answered in due time; The Data Owner has the right to complain to the Board within thirty days, and in any case sixty days from the date of application.
