How it works

1. Customize (Before Workshop)

We customize workshop content based on: – VALUES of your company, – COMPETENCIES that support your values, – BEHAVIOR CODES under each competency. We create a unique CULTURELAND for your company.

2. Prelimanary (Before Workshop)

We held with the team leaders; 1. We define the workshop purpose and outputs. 2. We explain the process in detail. 3. We explain the preparations to be made before the workshop. 4. We do short rehearsals.

3. Strengths (Workshop)

In the first part, the company’s values, codes of conduct and competencies are reviewed. Then, it is stated in which aspects each employee represents the business values and what competencies they have.

4. The Story of the Team

In the second part; We define how the team lives corporate values. We also collect and vote on strategies on how to transfer corporate values into daily business practices. A roadmap is created for the strategies with the most votes.

5. Development

In the last part of the workshop; 1. Participants express that they will do individually to increase their contribution to the team. 2. They express their expectations from their managers and teammates anonymously.

6. Code of Conduct (After)

After the workshop; 1. A detailed result report is prepared for the team leader. 2. Distinctive competencies of the participants are certified over the blockchain and a personalized report is sent to each participant.
